Calling the TREMBLE tribe! Flow with us on the brick terrace beneath the iconic tree at the foot of the historic Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse — every Friday at 8 AM. This 50-minute outdoor mat TREMBLE brings all the core-shaking intensity you love, served with a side of sunshine, sea breeze, and stunning views. Bring your own mat and water!

Please note: cancellations within 12 hours of class will result in a loss of your credit. Let’s sweat, shake, and soak in the view together!

WHO WILL BE TEACHING THE CLASS? We like to keep things fresh! Our team of instructors rotates weekly, so you’ll enjoy a mix of familiar faces and signature TREMBLE styles.

ARE THERE ANY DISCOUNTS FOR LIGHTHOUSE MEMBERS? Yes! Members of the Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse and Museum can purchase a single class credit for $20, or receive 30% off any TREMBLE at the Lighthouse credit pack. WHERE DO I PARK? The Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse and Museum is located at 500 Captain Armour’s Way, Jupiter, FL 33469. Parking is available in the large lot at the entrance to the Lighthouse, just past the soccer fields. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to allow time to park and walk the scenic path up to the brick terrace. A member of our team will be there to greet you and check you in.

DO I NEED GRIP SOCKS? Grip socks are encouraged, but not required.

WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS? In the event of inclement weather, you’ll be notified by email by 8 PM the night before if class has been canceled. Be sure to check your inbox!
