Tales from the Archives

Please check calendar for schedule.

Join us in the Museum Meeting Room as staff shares the latest discoveries in local historical research and new findings from our Museum’s ever-expanding collection. You could be the first to hear about new research shedding light on an old mystery or see an unusual or rare donation up-close! What fascinating facts are in the archives of the Loxahatchee River Historical Society? Historian and Collections Manager Josh Liller will give a 30-45 minute presentation on local history drawn from our Archives and the latest research. Q&A will follow. A must for history buffs! Free to the public.

Check our calendar for additional scheduling information. Space is limited and an RSVP is required. Please call 561-747-8380 X101 to reserve your spot.

Jupiter History Bring & Brag

Please check calendar for schedule.

Let’s get social in person! In the tradition of the book Loxahatchee Lament, locals and visitors with historical anecdotes from “the old days,” fond memories, photos and family treasures can step up to the microphone and share their experiences and treasured memories from growing up or vacationing in Jupiter. Whether you are a descendent of our early pioneer families or you arrived in the post-WWII boom, the Museum waterfront backyard is the perfect venue for relaxing and sharing your personal history. Free to the public—bring a beach chair.

Check our calendar for additional scheduling information. To RSVP, please call 561-747-8380 X101.
